We are looking for an accountant to a growing company in Eskilstuna for a temp-to-perm recruitment. For the first six months, you will be employed as a consultant through Newr, with the ambition to then transition to a direct employment with the client. You will be part of a finance team of five people and report to the Finance Manager. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues and contribute to high-quality accounting, good compliance with regulations, and efficient financial processes in a growing organization. Desired start is in mid/late January.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ongoing accounting and responsibility for the general ledger.

• Ensuring compliance with regulations - laws, rules, accounting standards.

• Financial reporting.

• Tax-related issues.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Post-secondary education in finance.

• Several years of work experience in finance.

• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English.

• Good system knowledge (Experience with SAP is a plus).

• Experience from an international corporation is an advantage.
